1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") form a legal agreement between the okzzz platform and its users. By accessing the okzzz website, creating an account, or using any of the platform's services, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

okzzz is a safe and reliable online gaming platform for Bangladeshi players. We keep every session secure using SSL encryption and fair play principles.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are closely linked to these Terms and form an integral part of them.

2 Account Registration & Personal Information

To create an account on okzzz, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Only one account per person is permitted.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

The minimum age to register and use gaming services on the platform is 21. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

okzzz may at any time request a National ID card, birth certificate, or other government-issued document to verify age. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

If anyone assists a minor in operating an account, that account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and transparency, okzzz follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process on its platform. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A clear copy of your National ID card (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the registered mobile number
• Confirmation of ownership of the payment method

Completing verification may be mandatory before submitting a withdrawal request. Failure to submit the required documents on time may delay the withdrawal process.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

okzzz currently supports the following payment methods:

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawal Time: For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

If any transaction is not completed during a deposit or withdrawal, notify our support team immediately. Records of all transactions are kept in your account.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

New account holders on okzzz receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total ৳48,000

Wagering Requirement: A 10x wagering requirement must be met on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets required before withdrawal.

Additional specific terms related to bonuses:

• Each promo offer may have its own specific terms, which will be published alongside that offer
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement is met
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household claiming a bonus will be considered fraudulent
• okzzz reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be removed from the account

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on okzzz are operated fairly and transparently. Our platform uses software from world-class game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt).

General gaming rules:

• Each game has its own rules, which you must know before playing
• In the event of a technical error, a bet may be cancelled and the amount refunded

9 Responsible Gaming
